How did you end up working at Evondos?
I joined Evondos in 2015. First I was working as a Test Lead for four years. In this role I was responsible for testing. A year and a half ago I noticed that we were looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager. I have always found quality matters really interesting, so I decided to apply for this position.

What does your job description contain?
As a Quality & Compliance Manager, my daily tasks are strongly related to quality management – in terms of both quality and safety of our medicine-dispensing robot. I also work on the quality matters of production and product development. In addition, I work with regulatory and risk management matters.
What’s the best part of your job?
The best thing about my job is the successful development of quality issues that serve everything we do. This means that our processes are in order and that everyone benefits from them, which is ultimately also reflected in, for example, patient safety and usability. It’s great to get yourself involved in building quality and impact.
What is it like to work at Evondos?
We have a truly open organizational culture. Everyone helps each other and it feels easy to communicate with other employees. I find it easy to get my own voice heard here at Evondos, because everyone encourages each other to express own ideas and thoughts.
