Lotta Koivumäki noticed the logo of Evondos while she was working in the same building for a different organization. When she found out that Evondos was looking for a new employee to the customer care team, she decided to apply.

What does your job description contain?
I work in customer support. I have been doing a lot of technical surveillance now in the beginning and I truly enjoy it – I find my job really interesting.
What is your first impression of Evondos as a company after the first month?
My first Evondos-month has been nice. Everyone is really helpful, which is really important in the beginning. It's nice to know that you will get help when you need it. I like working in an international environment – that’s why it is a huge plus that I get to use both english & finnish in my daily work.
How has it been to work remotely?
We have great tools for remote working. I feel like my team takes care of its members even when we are not physically together. Onboarding has been going well even thought I have worked mostly from my home office.
What’s the best thing about Evondos?
I would say that the best part is great colleagues and international environment!
