Gunilla´s career story
A keystone of Evondos service is the customer support. Gunilla Paulsson in Östersund is head of Customer Care and is responsible for ensuring that our customers, new and existing, get the help and support they need on their Evondos journey. Here's how she describes herself:
-In order for the customer care to work properly, I must make sure that our project managers have the best conditions to do their job. I am also responsible for ensuring that we have a well-functioning support organization. In addition, I also work as a project manager for our customers in the north of Sweden.
How did you end up at Evondos?
"I have my background in the real-estate industry where I worked for almost 20 years, amongst other jobs as account manager and marketing manager for Region Jämtland-Härjedalen. I previously also worked as a purchaser in Region Jämtland Härjedalen. When Evondos was looking for a responsible project manager, my interest was immediate. To have the opportunity working in a future industry and in a fast-growing company attracted enormously.
What does a typical working day look like for you?
The tasks range from helping our customers in start-ups, planning, training and operations, to supporting our project managers in Sweden. For me, there is no "typical working day" and that's what I like about my job.
What do you like best about your work?
"Working with welfare technology is so exciting! When you also see the benefits that our service does out on site with our customers, it feels great! I enjoy all the customer contacts that I have daily, both by phone, on Teams and physical meetings.”
