Anette´s career story
Anette is a trained nurse at VID University College, in addition she has a Master's degree in innovation and entrepreneurship from NMBU. Before joining to Evondos team, Anette worked at the home service in Oslo municipality. She has worked at Evondos for five years, and has held various roles and responsibilities.
Today, Anette is responsible for leading the team with Evondos' customer advisors. The job involves leading and developing training and customer follow-up. Despite the fact that Evondos today has a very high level of customer satisfaction, Anette is concerned that she and the rest of the customer advisory team are constantly on the move and strive to become even better.

The customers' experiences and feedback are central to the further development of Evondos medication service, and Anette says that it is exciting to be involved in solving the challenges and needs of the customer.
