We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Zoetermeer and help ensure that materials, suppliers, systems, and processes support our continued growth across Europe.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in managing the flow of materials from suppliers to production, working closely with Supply Chain, Production, R&D, Quality, and external partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing purchasing activities for development projects and production materials

• Supplier management and coordinating forecasting, purchase orders and transportation

• Monitoring inventory levels and improving material availability

• Maintaining ERP and product master data

• Supporting PLM development initiatives and complaint handling with R&D, Quality and suppliers

• Driving continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations
  

What We're Looking For

You don't need to tick every box to be successful in this role. You may currently work as a Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Specialist, Operational Buyer, Material Planner, or Supply Chain Coordinator. What matters most is that you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, inventory management, or a related field

• Experience working with ERP systems and data-driven processes

• A proactive, hands-on, and structured way of working

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

Bonus points if you have experience with NetSuite, PLM/PDM systems, or regulated industries such as healthcare technology, medical devices, electronics, or manufacturing.
