Operations Specialist
As an Operations Specialist at Evondos Denmark, you will support daily operations and ensure our automated medication dispensing solutions run smoothly for internal teams and municipal partners. You will handle user administration, device lifecycle management, order handling, logistics, inventory coordination, and operational follow-up to support quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This is the role - What you will do
Platform and access administration
Maintain and manage users, permissions, and organizations in administration systems
Ensure data quality and system hygiene
Device lifecycle and fleet management
Monitor the full device lifecycle: order → delivery → activation → return
Coordinate firmware updates and version control
Order-to-cash and logistics
Validate customer orders and create sales and purchase orders
Check stock levels, book transport, and ensure proper shipping
Confirm delivery and initiate activation and invoicing
Inventory planning and coordination
Contribute to forecasting and inventory management
Coordinate deliveries and returns with customers
Project coordination and operational follow-up
Coordinate operational projects and cross-functional activities to ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are clear and followed up
Keep track of actions, deadlines, and dependencies across operational initiatives
Maintain overview of ongoing operational tasks, project milestones, and implementation progress
Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure activities move forward as planned
Identify bottlenecks, raise risks, and help ensure timely resolution of operational issues
Support structured reporting and status updates on key operational projects and priorities

Accurate and reliable platform and access administration
Efficient handling of device lifecycle, logistics, and order-related processes
Good data quality, system hygiene, and operational consistency
Smooth coordination of deliveries, returns, and activation-related activities with customers
Clear operational follow-up, strong overview of ongoing activities, and timely escalation of bottlenecks and risks
High operational quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
This could be you
Structured and proactive, with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail—while keeping the bigger picture in mind
Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting to different processes and stakeholders
Experienced with IT systems and administrative workflows—experience working in ERP and CRM systems is a strong plus
Experienced coordinating projects, implementations, or operational processes with clear ownership of actions, deadlines, and dependencies
Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written) and clear communication with colleagues and municipal partners.
