We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist who will take local marketing activities to the next level and concretely support demand generation, public procurement, and customer value creation.

In this role, you don’t do marketing for marketing’s sake – you focus on what truly matters in the Finnish market.

This is the role - What you will do:

As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for marketing in Finland as a whole. This is an independent role: you are the main owner of marketing in Finland, driving initiatives forward both strategically and hands-on. You will be supported by the international group marketing team and skilled marketing colleagues from other countries.

You will:

• Report to the Sales Director of Evondos Finland and work closely on a day-to-day basis with the Finnish Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve shared goals

• Plan, produce, and execute targeted marketing campaigns that directly support sales and growth in Finland

• Build and maintain Finnish customer references and evaluation sites, and develop cooperation with customers who share their experiences of using Evondos’ solutions to support sales and tenders

• Support sales and public procurement by producing value-based content, reference materials, user stories, impact materials, and local proof points for Evondos’ solutions

• Adapt and localize group-level marketing campaigns and materials to suit the Finnish market and public sector needs

• Plan and execute customer events, webinars, trade fairs, and other marketing and communication activities that increase Evondos’ visibility and credibility, especially within public sector target groups

This could be you

• A hands-on and self-directed professional who takes ownership and moves things forward

• A results-oriented marketing expert who understands business needs and the public procurement environment

• An approachable and collaborative team player who builds trust across different stakeholders

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B or B2G marketing

• Experience with the Nordic or Finnish market

• Strong content creation and campaign planning skills

• Understanding of digital marketing tools (HubSpot), social media, and independent project management

• A relevant bachelors/masters degree (e.g. marketing)

• Native-level Finnish and excellent English skills; other Nordic languages are considered an asset

• Experience in medtech or welfare/age tech environments is considered an advantage
