This is the role - What you will do:
As our Key Account Manager for the Southern UK region, you will play a central role in scaling the Evondos service and building strong customer partnerships across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Local Authorities and private care providers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer success, satisfaction and strong local reference cases
Driving growth by identifying, engaging and closing new key accounts in targeted regions (Surrey & Sussex, Norfolk & Suffolk, Cornwall & Devon, Somerset)
Reaching ambitious sales targets through proactive account management and consultative selling
Supporting tender processes and collaborating closely with Customer Project Managers to deliver an excellent customer experience
Helping customers understand the value of Evondos by preparing business cases and engaging with stakeholders from political leadership to care management
Representing Evondos as an ambassador — building trust, fostering strong relationships and driving large-scale service implementations
You’ll work fully remotely within the UK and spend much of your time (approx. 80%) visiting customers across the Southern region.

You might be someone who brings:
Proven experience in consultative selling within technology-enabled care, NHS organisations, local authorities, or B2B/B2G environments
Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and the ability to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders from operational managers to senior decision-makers
Commercial and financial acumen, enabling you to build compelling business cases and close deals
An entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage your own region
A talent for identifying opportunities, managing change, and supporting large-scale implementations
Strong organisational skills, including documentation, planning and reporting in CRM tools
A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, valuing smooth cooperation with colleagues and partners
