This is the role - What you will do:

As a Software Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the software powering our medication management solutions.

You will:

• Act as the voice of product management within the software team, ensuring the big picture and feature vision are well-understood

• Translate business and customer needs into clear work items and maintain a well‑prioritized development backlog

• Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming work, balancing requests, assessing impacts, and communicating changes to stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with product management to define roadmap items, clarify requirements, and prepare well-formed specifications

• Support the development team in creating high‑quality documentation and requirement definitions

• Manage software release planning, including content, scheduling, release documentation, and facilitation of related meetings

• Uphold strong Scrum practices within the team and foster smooth cooperation between stakeholders

• Monitor and flag deviations in plans, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams

This could be you

You are a structured, communicative, and technically grounded professional who thrives at the intersection of business and engineering.

You bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering or a related field

• Experience as a Software Product Owner

• Understanding of cloud software development (AWS preferred)

• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and agile ways of working

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Ability to balance priorities in a dynamic environment

• A mindset for high-quality software and empathy for different stakeholder perspectives

• Fluent English language skills, Finnish is a plus

• Understanding of medical device regulations is an advantage (not required)
