This is the role - What you will do:

As our Warehouse Specialist, you will take on a hands‑on operational role supporting daily warehouse and inbound logistics activities. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations, QA, and R&D, ensuring we maintain a smooth and accurate material flow.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and storing materials such as components, parts, samples, and volume deliveries

• Keeping all warehouse records up to date — stock levels, material locations, and delivery information

• Monitoring deliveries and contributing to freight invoice control

• Arranging transportation for incoming and outgoing materials together with local and global forwarders

• Using our ERP system to support accurate inventory management

• Participating in improving our warehouse operations and supporting system development initiatives.

We wish our new colleague to start during March or April 2026. This is a full‑time position with standard working hours (preferably 8–16).

This could be you

You are someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.

You might bring:

• Good understanding of inventory management principles

• Good communication skills and ability to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English — this is a must

• Good IT skills and confidence using and learning to use modern tools

• Experience from similar warehouse or logistics roles

• ERP experience- this is an advantage

• Forklift license (is an advantage but not a must)

• A proactive, systematic, and self-driven way of working

• A team-player mindset and a positive can-do attitude

• Willingness to question the status quo and look for better ways of working
