This is the role - What you will do:
As our Warehouse Specialist, you will take on a hands‑on operational role supporting daily warehouse and inbound logistics activities. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations, QA, and R&D, ensuring we maintain a smooth and accurate material flow.
Your responsibilities include:
Receiving and storing materials such as components, parts, samples, and volume deliveries
Keeping all warehouse records up to date — stock levels, material locations, and delivery information
Monitoring deliveries and contributing to freight invoice control
Arranging transportation for incoming and outgoing materials together with local and global forwarders
Using our ERP system to support accurate inventory management
Participating in improving our warehouse operations and supporting system development initiatives.
We wish our new colleague to start during March or April 2026. This is a full‑time position with standard working hours (preferably 8–16).

This could be you
You are someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment.
You might bring:
Good understanding of inventory management principles
Good communication skills and ability to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English — this is a must
Good IT skills and confidence using and learning to use modern tools
Experience from similar warehouse or logistics roles
ERP experience- this is an advantage
Forklift license (is an advantage but not a must)
A proactive, systematic, and self-driven way of working
A team-player mindset and a positive can-do attitude
Willingness to question the status quo and look for better ways of working
