This is the role

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the elderly and social sectors within Danish municipalities in Sjealland and Fyn. Your task will be to support municipal employees working in health and social care, as well as other partners, by helping citizens become more self-sufficient and freeing up staff resources through Evondos services – Automated Medicine Dispensing. In doing so, you will contribute to addressing the increasing shortage of healthcare professionals. You are service-oriented and ambitious on behalf of your customers. Therefore, your future goal is to ensure successful implementation and operation through good dialogue, prompt service, and forward-thinking project management.

What you will do

• Educating and supporting new municipalities to get started.

• Training staff in using our services.

• Assisting and supporting municipalities with daily operations.

• Handling questions, problems, and challenges from municipalities.

• Monitoring municipalities’ use of our services.

• Helping municipalities achieve their goals and ensuring high satisfaction.

• Maintaining and developing strong collaborative relationships with municipalities.

• Working closely with the sales and contract manager in your district.
