We need a pragmatic AI Implementation Lead to be the engine of our digital transformation. Your mission is clear: Bridge the gap between "what’s possible" and "what actually works." You will take the buzzwords, Agents, LLMs, Automation, and turn them into tangible workflows that save time and solve real headaches for our teams.

This is the role - What you will do

• Be the Architect: You won’t just advise; you will build. You’ll design, configure, and ship AI agents and automation workflows (using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n, Zapier) that make manual work disappear.

• Hunt for Inefficiency: You have a mandate to "Scout and Scope." You’ll walk into Finance, Ops, or Support, spot a bottleneck, and say, "I can build a bot for that."

• Create the "Golden Paths": Instead of writing policy documents, you’ll build the library of approved prompts and reusable agent templates that make it easy for everyone else to do the right thing.

• Enable, Don’t Just Train: Forget boring classroom lectures. You will lead "Builder Clinics" where you help power-users build their own simple solutions, multiplying your impact across the company.

• Consult & Influence: You are the internal "How-To" partner. When a department has a crazy idea, you’re the trusted advisor who tells them if it’s feasible, safe, and how to get it done.

• The Pragmatic Techie: You have 2–5 years of experience and know your way around the modern AI stack (Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain).

• The Glue: You love low-code/no-code orchestration. You know that the magic happens when you connect an LLM to a CRM via Zapier or Power Automate.

• The Translator: You can explain "Context Windows" to the Finance team and "Business Logic" to the IT team without losing either of them.

• The Self-Starter: You don’t wait for permission to innovate. You see a broken process, and you itch to fix it.
