This is the role
The Product Manager – Medido Hardware leads the development and life-cycle management of Medido hardware and firmware offering. The role defines product strategy, vision, and road map to ensure Medido hardware’s success in the market by balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
The role leads cross-functional teams to guide a product domain’s development from innovation of new development, throughout the whole product life-cycle, and transitions, serving as advocate for the product and a liaison between different departments – keeping in mind the mission to enable independent life at home by offering more efficient, reliable and safer devices for home care.
What you will do
Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Medido hardware and firmware in alignment with business goals and stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end product development - from concept to launch - ensuring customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
Partner with R&D, cloud software product teams, and commercial teams to deliver integrated, high-quality hardware solutions.
Manage the full hardware product life-cycle, including version transitions, performance improvements, and end-of-life planning.
Drive customer satisfaction and competitiveness through data-driven insights, analytics, and continuous improvement actions.
Collect and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to shape future product iterations and strategic decisions.
Ensure readiness for international expansion by aligning operational processes, supply chain, and support structures.
Build business cases and evaluate investment opportunities to guide long-term hardware development.
Foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration to define the future direction of Medido hardware.
Represent the hardware and firmware domain in cross-functional forums and clearly communicate priorities and road map.

This could be you
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3-5 years in hardware product management roles or related experience.
Proven track record of successfully managing hardware product development from conception to launch .
Demonstrated ability to use analytics, customer feedback/research and market insights to inform product decisions.
Experience with medical devices and the related regulatory environment is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights. Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
Thrives in an environment where analytics, customer feedback and market/user research are essential. Data-informed and customer-obsessed, balances qualitative insight with quantitative evidence.
Drives initiatives proactively and dynamically in efficient collaboration across technical, operational, and commercial functions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Manages conflicting priorities from various stakeholders across several teams.
Acts with integrity and a sense of purpose aligned to Evondos’ mission to improve medication adherence and independence in home care.
