This is the role - What you will do:

• Keep Evondos’ core IT services reliable, secure, and well-documented so employees can deliver excellent care solutions to customers every day.

• Act as the final IT support tier, resolve complex tickets, create self-service and knowledge articles, and standardize runbooks to enhance efficiency and user experience.

• Proactively manage platforms—including endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, and monitoring systems—to prevent problems before they impact users

• Operate and optimize Intune and Jamf, ensuring devices are enrolled, compliant, and configured to company standards

• Enforce security baselines (disk encryption, EDR/AV) and maintain high standards for endpoint protection

• Maintain Linux servers and core services (backup, patching, hardening), ensuring operational resilience

• Build actionable monitoring and tune SIEM rules for early detection and rapid response to incidents

• Keep documentation fresh and accessible (procedures, diagrams, how-tos), and mentor colleagues to strengthen knowledge sharing across teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions support business needs and foster a culture of shared responsibility

This could be you:

• You have at least 5 years’ experience working in similar IT positions

• You’re hands-on with Linux servers and endpoints, and you know your way around macOS management in Intune and Jamf

• You understand Azure basics and you operate confidently in Microsoft 365, keeping identity and collaboration secure and scalable

• You understand Entra ID basics, including Conditional Access and Identity Governance and hybrid identity

• You have experience working with Microsoft Sentinel or SIEM solutions

• You keep documentation clear and current, making procedures, diagrams, and how-tos easy for everyone to follow

• You take ownership, act quickly, and continuously improve processes and tools

• You mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and help create a safe, respectful environment

• Nice to have: Prior AWS experience, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira) skills, networking fundamentals and exposure to ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks.
