This is the role - What you will do

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies for our medical management devices. You’ll focus on creating reliable, manufacturable solutions that meet relevant regulatory standards, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and production readiness. You will be a part of our HW team consisting of 9 team members.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Designing and maintaining high-quality mechanical solutions using SolidWorks
• Investigating and resolving reliability issues
• Supporting production, sourcing, and quality from a mechanical design perspective
• Leading small improvement projects
• Collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors
• Documenting designs, specifications, and changes

This could be you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in mechanical engineering or product development
• Proficient in SolidWorks and technical documentation
• Knowledge of injection-molded plastics, sheet metal design, and reliability metrics
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality requirements
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English
