This is the role - What you will do:

Marketing and Communication

• Draft and send customer communications: release notes, service updates
• Maintain Danish web content, product sheets, presentations, and FAQs
• Ensure brand consistency and update translation memory and terminology
• Support campaigns and events: LinkedIn posts, emails, partner communication
• Contribute to content creation for digital channels and marketing materials.

Platform and Access Administration

• Maintain and manage users, permissions, and organizations in administration systems
• Ensure data quality and system hygiene

Device Lifecycle and Fleet Management

• Monitor the full device lifecycle: order → delivery → activation → return
• Coordinate firmware updates and version control

Order-to-Cash and Logistics

• Validate customer orders and create sales/purchase orders
• Check stock levels, book transport, and ensure proper shipping
• Confirm delivery and initiate activation and invoicing

Inventory Planning

• Contribute to forecasting and inventory management
• Coordinate deliveries and returns with customers

Sales Support

• Update Danish playbooks, step-by-step guides, and objection handling materials
• Prepare customer cases and quotes for use in sales materials.

This could be you

• Holds 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative role (internships or student positions count)!
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English, native-level Danish proficiency is required.
• Has experience with IT systems and administrative workflows.
• Works in a structured and proactive way, with strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys collaborating across teams and can adapt to different workflows and priorities.
• Communicates clearly with both colleagues and external partners.
