This is the role

Join our team as a User Research Assistant and play a key role in advancing Evondos' Customer Experience initiatives. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in research and customer feedback collection, making it ideal for individuals eager to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a rewarding industry.

This is a full-time position, and we expect a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week. The role may involve travel within the Netherlands and occasionally across Europe.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Support User Research Activities:

• Collaborate with teams to plan and conduct user research.
• Manage participant recruitment and logistics by identifying, recruiting and scheduling appropriate candidates for research.
• Conduct fieldwork, including interviews and usability tests.
• Adhere to procedures, policies and ethical codes related to conducting user research.
• Maintain records for all recruitment and participant activity.

Prepare Customer Feedback Surveys:

• Design and format surveys to meet objectives.
• Ensure surveys are user-friendly and capable of gathering comprehensive customer insights.

Coordinate Feedback Collection:

• Distribute surveys and gather customer feedback.
• Monitor responses and manage data.

Compile Reports and Analysis:

• Synthesize and analyze feedback from various sources.
• Create detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support maintaining insights repositories and archives.

This is you

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
• Experience with report writing and presentation skills.
