This is the role

As the Supply Chain Manager, Netherlands, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving company supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to inbound and outbound logistics. Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will ensure that our supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. You will be part of Evondos Operations management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier relationships.
• Manage supplier and sub-contractor base and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams according to company Demand Supply Balancing process to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives within supplier and sub-contractor base.
• Oversee and optimise product storage, handling and distribution.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain resilience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Ownership of IT-system development and deployment within supply chain, such as ERP, Power BI and PLM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies relevant to supply chain.
• ESG and Intrastat reporting.

This Is You

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
• Fluent communication skills both in Dutch and English.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and data analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and complex projects.
• Certifications in the area of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
