This is the role

In this role, you'll take ownership of key P&C tasks, working independently to attract, support, and grow top talent while helping us cultivate a workplace culture that people love being part of. A challenging and versatile position as a People & Culture Specialist where you can have a direct impact on the organization's key P&C processes and practices. You would be part of a cross-functional team supporting our operations in Evondos all markets, the work location would be in Helsinki or Salo Finland.

Here’s your to-conquer list:

• Talent Acquisition: You get the hunt. You’ll create smart sourcing plans, run smooth-as-butter recruitment processes, and make sure every candidate feels supported - because vibes matter. You master the related process administration in our systems.
• Employee Communication: You’ve got a way with words. From onboarding emails to internal updates, you’ll keep communication clear, organized, and actually engaging. You’ll also manage our Evondos Hub like the digital boss you are.
• Employer Branding: Think of yourself as our brand hype-person. From social media to career sites, you’ll make sure we look as good on the outside as we feel on the inside.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: First days, last days and everything in between. You’ll streamline the journey and ensure a smooth process, powered by our new HRIS (Bamboo) and ATS (Teamtailor) systems. Yup, tech-savviness is non-negotiable in this role.
• Training & Guidelines: See a gap? You’ll fix it. Whether it’s writing manuals and process descriptions, building checklists, or helping managers and employee´s to feel empowered, you’ve got it covered. You have the ability to write and communicate new policies and procedures on a global level.
• Other Cool Projects: Got ideas? We’re listening. You’ll also get to collab with a great team on all kinds of HR initiatives across our growing organization where the sky is the limit.

This Is You

• You hold a Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Economics, or a related discipline.
• You bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally from multinational companies.
• Brings HR know-how and a real passion for people. Additionally you're a sourcing pro with radar for top talent.
• You speak fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Any other language knowledge is considered as a plus.
• You thrive in a truly collaborative environment where teamwork and mutual support are a given.
• You have a creative flair for employer branding and know how to craft engaging content that gets noticed.
• You’re confident using HR tech systems. Bonus points for experience with Bamboo HR and Teamtailor, or a quick learning curve if you’re new to them.
