This is the role
We are looking for a Senior Front End Developer to lead a unique, greenfield project that will be built from scratch. In this role, you will architect and develop innovative web applications from the ground up, with a primary focus on serving our clients in the healthcare sector. Your expertise in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS will be crucial in creating scalable, high-performance solutions that enhance the user experience for our 17.000+ clients using our medication dispenser, and in growing our client base significantly. In addition, you help the team maintain and phase out the existing frontend applications.

These are the responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain: Architect, build, and enhance state-of-the-art web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with design, product, and backend teams to craft seamless and intuitive user experiences tailored to the healthcare industry.
• Optimize: Ensure that all applications are responsive, performant, and accessible across various devices, keeping user experience at the forefront.
• Code Quality: Write clean, modular, well-tested and documented code, upholding industry best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and drive the evolution of our development processes.
• Leadership: Mentor junior developers and set technical standards to foster a culture of excellence within the team.

This is you

• You bring extensive experience with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, as well as a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• You have a proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality projects, particularly in a senior role where you have built applications from scratch.
• You are an analytical problem solver with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing code.
• You thrive in a collaborative, agile environment, and are not afraid to shape this environment to your needs and insights.
• A passion for the healthcare sector or previous experience in developing solutions for this industry is a significant plus.
