This is the role

As an Embedded Developer, you will become part of the product development team responsible for the Medido product. This multidisciplinary product development team continuously improves the physical product, handling tens of thousands of medication dispenses per day. The product development team operates according to Agile principles and consists of mechanical and embedded software developers with whom you will closely collaborate. Within the team, there is plenty of room for your own input and creativity.

These are the responsibilities

You will work in the scrum development team, with whom you will have daily contact. The tasks will be divided between embedded development and operational duties. Embedded development focuses on optimizing the Medido dispenser from our medication dispensing service. You will make a significant contribution, by developing new features and optimizing the current solutions, to our operations and the customer experience.  

You will be working on the embedded code of the medicine dispenser which is based on a bare-metal C application running on an STM microcontroller. Next to the code of the dispenser you will be working on the integration testing code (Python) in our CI/CD pipeline and tooling used during production.

This is you

• You have 2+ years experience working with embedded firmware;

• You have experience with reading electrical schematics;

• You have knowledge and experience with Unittests;

• You are familiar with continuous integration and continuous deployment;

• You work according to your personal drive to deliver quality code; You are a true team player;

• You are pro-active and initiative person. You own your work and help others by your example.
