ERP Development Lead Lead the Evolution of Business Systems at Evondos Oy

Are you an experienced Business System professional with a passion for optimizing business processes and driving impactful solutions? We are looking for you to take charge of our NetSuite ERP platform and Integrations. Join us to work on exciting projects and help align technology with our business strategy.

What You’ll Do

As the ERP Transformation Leader, you’ll play a key role in managing, developing, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system and integrations. You will work across the organization to ensure the ERP system supports operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include

· Collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, bridge gaps, and deliver tailored solutions.

· Understand our processes and recommend improvements in combination with our systems.

· Managing system upgrades, customizations, and integrations with third-party tools and vendors.

· Acting as the primary contact for ERP vendors and integration partners.

· Performing functional changes and minor code enhancements to meet approved requests.

What You’ll bring

You are a skilled professional who combines (technical) expertise with a collaborative approach to drive ERP success across our organization. A mix of ERP experience, functional understanding, and problem-solving ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.

· ERP Expertise: 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, with a preference for NetSuite.

· Functional Expertise: Background in Supply Chain, Production, Logistics and/or Finance is beneficial.

· Project & Change Management: Ability to coordinate and lead ERP development projects, in-house and with external partners. Experience with process transformations.

· Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, Azure and Integration platforms is a plus.

· System Administration: Experience in customizing and configuring ERP systems.
