This is the role
As a general administrator (with growth possibilities towards financial controller), no two days are the same. You are responsible for and contribute to the correct and accurate processing of financial data. You actively participate in describing and optimizing a project and contribute to the digitalization of the process.
These are the responsibilities
- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting, including preparing financial reports analyses;
- Collaborating with various departments to optimize the organization’s financial performance;
- Accurate processing of financial data in our accounting systems;
- Assisting in internal and external audits;
- Contributing to process improvements within the finance department;
- Maintaining financial files and records;
- Supporting the controller with ad-hoc projects and analyses.
This is you
- A completed higher professional education (HBO) in finance, business economics, or a similar field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with financial software and MS Office, especially Excel;
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently;
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
