This is the role

At Medido, part of Evondos Group, the innovators behind our cutting-edge medication dispenser, we are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure that cloud software product meets the highest quality standards. In this role, you will take full responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive testing strategies that guarantee seamless integration between our software and hardware solutions. These are the responsibilities

• Manual Testing First, Then Automation
  Conduct thorough manual testing (including smoke, regression, and integration tests) to ensure product stability and reliability. Once the core testing approach is solid, introduce and maintain robust automated test suites.
• Customer & Stakeholder Advocacy
  Act as the voice of both the customer and internal stakeholders by deeply understanding every aspect of the product and always evaluating features from a user-centric perspective.
• Product Expertise & Guidance
  Serve as a go-to resource for product knowledge, helping product teams and other stakeholders understand how the product works and how to communicate its functionalities effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with designers, developers, and business teams to embed quality into each phase of the product lifecycle, ensuring issues are caught early and resolved swiftly.
• Evolving Automation Strategy
  Continuously refine and expand automated testing practices, providing a scalable and efficient testing framework that complements ongoing manual testing efforts.

This is you

• You have extensive experience in QA engineering, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• You possess proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies using modern testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• You are a proactive, analytical problem-solver who thrives in an agile, collaborative environment.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products that exceed industry standards.
• You enjoy engaging with end-users to refine product performance and are committed to continuous improvement.
• You are enthusiastic about regular in-office collaboration and eager to contribute to innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.
