Customer care co-worker to our Finnish customer support team, position is permanent/part-time
1st line support in Finland provides excellent customer service to all our Finnish and Swedish customers 7-23 all days. Main tasks include answering phone calls and e-mails, instructing, and advising the customers to solve the problem and document the call to the support tickets. In detailed technical questions, there is the 2nd line support organization in Finland to support the 1st line support.
