Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Care team.
As a Logistics Coordinator you will handle Evondos® robot deliveries to and from customers and country offices together with a colleague. As a logistics professional you have an important role in supporting colleagues in different countries with their logistics and deliveries related questions. You will also work in close co-operation with Production and their dispatch department to ensure on-time robot deliveries to our customers.
In your daily duties you will handle communication with our logistics partners in the Nordics. The role also includes back-office work, e.g. reviewing and approving logistics invoices, and both internal and external reporting, including Intrastat reporting to Finnish customs. In addition to these daily tasks, you will be in a back-up role for 2nd line service support to our customer organizations.
You work in Evondos headquarters in Salo with a hybrid working possibility.

The experience we are looking for:
- General knowledge of deliveries and needed documentation
- Previous experience or knowledge of imports and exports
- Knowledge of different terms of delivery
- Good command of languages: fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
- Good documentation skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
